Mike's Place began as a Drive-In chain restaurant in 1973 by former owner Mike Strycker. He decided to change the name of the restaurant in 1980 and named it "Mike's Place". In 2000, long time employees Seth and Erin Murphy took over the business from Mike.
We are known for our great breakfasts, using local farm fresh eggs, gigantic pancakes, and the best hash browns around. We use top quality ingredients and the best bacon and sausage available.
We serve fresh home made soup made daily, including our famous Chicken Dumpling Soup. We also brew our own Rootbeer.
On Friday's we offer a family friendly Fish Fry, featuring real North American Yellow Lake Perch and Haddock. We feature a variety of domestic and local micro-brews.
